Senior Capstone

Ashes & Alchemy is my senior capstone project. The entirety of this project is to build a brand from scratch, including logo design, branding/brand kit, cohesion, typography, and a collection of deliverables of our choice. For my project this included a logo, 4 posters, a book, a deck of affirmation cards, 3 designed takeaway stickers, a tote bag, instagram ads, and an animation.

What comes next is shaped by what you are willing to leave behind. You are not done just yet.

Ashes & Alchemy is for anyone who has experienced loss, felt stuck, or questioned their direction. For those in between versions of themselves. For those rebuilding quiety. For those who are still becoming. Transformation is not linear, and growth often always exists alongside evident, persistent discomfort. 

​

Transformation often comes through struggle, endings, and rebuilding. What is destroyed can become something new-fragile, valuable and even beautiful. Like a flower, you will bloom, wither, and grow again. What falls away is not wasted-it nourishes what comes next.

Ashes & Alchemy explores the relationship between loss and transformation, using the life cycle of a flower to reveal how endings-like ashes or fallen petals, become the foundation for growth, renewal, and self-definition in the cycle of real life.

Growth is not a single moment, but a series of experiences. This project includes multiple pieces that reflect journey-capturing, the beauty of blooming, the weight of withering, and the quiet hope of becoming again. Light at the end of the tunnel.
